Taking the opportunity here to thank Sasha Moyer who we selected to be our realtor for the sale of our Rancho Bernardo townhome. We’re so happy to have worked with Sascha on this transaction. She was all the things you’d want in an agent representing you; professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive, honest, and hard-working. After quickly reaching agreement on terms of our doing business together, we set off on our task of putting in some reasonable refreshment/upgrades. Sascha did the staging and the place looked great. One could suggest it was a little tricky to set the appropriate asking price because in the specific area of our complex no comparable units had been offered to sell in a couple years. (It’s a very desirable area, so people tend to stay.) Sascha did quite a bit of research and we settled on a strong, but reasonable price. The place showed really-well and within the first day (the only day it was shown) she pulled in 6 offers. All the work paid off and we closed quickly on a full-price cash offer. If you’re looking for a great real estate agent to represent you, don’t hesitate to call on Sascha. She’s GREAT!
